A clear project workflow, from the first call to handover
The quality of a project is decided before the first stone is laid. Here is how we work.

First contact
You describe your project by phone or via the quote form. We check that the project falls within our scope of work.
- 02
Technical site visit
Survey of the existing structure, checking structural constraints, access and utilities. This visit determines the reliability of the quote.
- 03
Detailed quote
A line-by-line quote: quantities, services, materials and exclusions. What is unknown is stated as such rather than estimated at random.

Site preparation
Schedule per trade, orders, site setup, protection of existing areas and coordination of contractors.

Execution and follow-up
A designated site manager, regular progress updates and photo documentation of key stages (before, during, after).
- 06
Handover
Handover inspection, resolution of any remaining snags and delivery of the project file. We remain available after completion.
Transparent about what we know — and what we don't
A duration, an area or a budget are only announced once verified on site. Until confirmed, information is stated as not disclosed rather than estimated.
